NKSL Modified Laws for Small Sided Games Summary  
Spring 2011  
USSF Soccer Laws are applied with the following modifications

Teams will be randomly formed by applying the USSF and KYSA Recreational Team Formation Guidelines.  Guidelines can be found in the State Rule of The Kentucky Youth Soccer Association, at www.kysoccer.net  
NKSL Modification to Random Formation:          
"Players will be automatically moved up to the next Age Group on the basis of birth year only.  Returning players (those who played in the Member Organization during the prior playing season) may be assigned to the same coach with whom he/she played the immediately preceding season, even if the coach and player move up an age division, provided compliance with all other rules of formation."  
             
Select Players are not eligible to play in any Recreational Tournament!
